Privacy Notice

Effective: October 2026

This Privacy Notice explains how Echlio collects, uses, and safeguards information submitted through echlio.com and the Founding Customers Program application form.

1. Information We Collect

When you apply to the Founding Customers Program on echlio.com, we collect the business contact and organizational details you choose to provide: full name, work email address, company name, country, optional company website, company size, Echlio solutions of interest (CX, EX, CM), and optional notes about what you would like to improve.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information submitted through the Founding Customers Program form exclusively to review applications, contact applicants to explore potential fit and onboarding, and protect our website from automated abuse or spam. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third-party advertisers.

3. Cookies & First-Party Analytics

Echlio uses a single strictly functional cookie named NEXT_LOCALE (retained for up to 12 months with SameSite=Lax) to remember whether you prefer English (/en) or Spanish (/es). Our first-party interaction events record only aggregate page views and form conversion states; all personal fields (name, email, company, website, and free-text answers) are stripped before any event is dispatched.

4. Data Retention, Access & Deletion

Founding Customers Program applications are retained only as long as needed to administer the program and communicate with applicants. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your application data at any time by emailing contact@echlio.com.

5. Program Scope & Commercial Agreements

This Privacy Notice governs visitors to echlio.com and applicants to the Founding Customers Program. Organizations participating in Echlio are governed by formal commercial and data protection agreements reviewed prior to onboarding.
